Ed has had a distinctive career in executive development and strategic talent management, both as a consultant and a corporate practitioner. His career spans over 30 + years of experience, much of it building high performing organizations with particular focus on improving individual leadership skills, team alignment and organizational effectiveness. His professional skills encompass the assessment of executive talent, senior executive coaching and strategic staffing and talent development initiatives.
Dr. Piccolino also serves as a Faculty Advisor at WJM Associates (a global executive coaching firm), and as an HR consulting resource to the New England Consulting Group (a strategic marketing consulting firm).
He also serves as a Managing Director at JL Board Advisors - a consulting group that focuses exclusively on improving CEO and Board Alignment and professionally enhanced performance review practices.
Les Martel is a senior level Talent and Leadership Development professional with strong applied business acumen and superior engagement management skills. Most recently, he was an Executive Consultant with Personnel Decisions International in New York City serving strategic accounts. Prior to that he was a Senior Consultant at Development Dimensions International, designing, managing and delivering global talent & leadership development engagements.
Roger McArt has extensive experience in human resource consulting and operating management roles. He applies analytical and program design capabilities along with well-developed listening and counseling skills to identify and deal with issues involving executive leadership, management interactions and organization development.
Nick is a seasoned corporate executive with Fortune 100 company experience as well as being an acknowledged business, human resource management and compensation leader. Nick consults with leaders in HR, business and government as well as with our military on innovative and practical ways to resolve HR and compensation matters.
